Refund policy

Our exchange policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase for non-sale items bought online or at the boutique. Unfortunately, if more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer an exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange, items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in their original packaging.

Items not eligible for exchange:

  • Gift cards

  • Pumping & breastfeeding products

  • Products from the Jordanian local market

  • Weaning & feeding products

  • Pacifiers

  • Swimwear

  • Socks & footwear

  • Hair accessories

  • Car seats

  • Books

To process your exchange, a receipt or proof of purchase is required. Please note that we do not offer refunds, only exchanges.
